With the development of local economy, lots of mineral processing plants are built there. Since several years ago, SBM has established our overseas branch to serve local customers. We have designed and installed a certain number of projects in India, and thern here we focus on one of project cases in India, taking the ultrafine powder production machine for example.

Our customer in India had one milling plant made up of Raymond mill and one primary 16"×10" jaw crusher. He would like to use this plant to grind calcium carbonate powder, but the size of final product could not meet the market demand.
Design From SBM's Mining Engineers
After a good communication with our customer, then we know their particular requirement well. They would like to produce ultrafine calcium carbonate powder, therefore, our engineers suggest our SCM221 ultrafine grinding mill. Raw materials of 12"-14" size are firstly crushed by the client's jaw crusher down to 2" and then enter into our hammer crusher PC400×300. Crushed to less than 0.4”, the materials will be fed to the SCM221 grinding machine. When the calcium carbonate powder is discharged from the milling machine, it fully meet the demand from powder market. Our customer is very satisfied our design.
