Project Background

The project is mainly used for coal powder preparation and the finished product would be supplied to the local lime kilns. After grasping customer’s demand, SBM customized a turnkey scheme. The installation and commissioning of LM130M coal grinding system purchased from SBM were finished by our technological team.

Production Line Design

Technological Analysis

Firstly, belt conveyor sends the coal to crusher. After being crushed, the coal is elevated to the belt conveyor and sent to the raw coal bin further. Then the coal is fed into the grinding cavity of LM130M vertical mill by quantitative belt conveyor. After being ground, the coal gets pulverized and enters to the anti-explosive impulse dust collector in the wake of powder separation. Then, the collected finished coal powder is sent to the storage hopper through pneumatic conveying system. Finally, the finished coal powder is transported to the vertical lime kilns as the fuel.

Meanwhile, to meet safe and eco-friendly operation, the system was equipped with impulse dust collector, CO2 fire extinguisher, anti-explosive nitrogen device and anti-explosive valves. The installation of automatic controlling system includes oxygen analyser, pneumatic monitor and various sensors helps avoid accidents and maximizes the continuity of operation.

Under the situation that traditional coal-fired boilers are being replaced by clean coal powder boilers, the large-scale grinding equipment--- SBM’s LM vertical mill gets popular. It integrates crushing, grinding, powder separation, drying and conveying. But apart from the special advantages owned by LM Vertical Mill, the another reason why the customer chose us lies in the turnkey service --- a service make customers free from troubles.

Turnkey Service

The success of this coal powder preparation project is also the success testifying our strength on turnkey service. The service is offered to bring convenience to our customers. It covers all links from geographic inspection, design of production line, test of raw material, analysis of finished product, estimation of investment budget to latter installation and commissioning of equipment.

If customers don’t choose this kind of service, 8-12 months would be spent building such a production line under the premise of excluding procurement of building material and labor force.

Under situation of short delivery time, SBM prepared products immediately after receiving the order. Manufacturing employees usually worked overtime during manufacturing of machines and engineers flied to the production site for foundation construction and installation and commissioning of machines repeatedly. Finally, the project was finished in October in advance.
