This plant located in Sichuan Province, China. The client aims to produce pulverized coal supplying for their boilers. Due to local hot and humid subtropical climate, the coal material is high moisture round 15%, which is not acceptable for mill processing. So, SBM design the plant with 1.5*15M dryer in the front with MTW138 raymond mill, which the mill system be modified to adopt hot air system, inner mill bearing adopt high temperature bearings. So coal powder be dried and pulverized, hourly capacity is 10 ~12tph.
